mom: god, what is this? this tape doesn't stick! who comes up with non-sticky tape?! whoever invented this should be shot. for idiocy.

earlier today:
me: hey, you spelled my name wrong on this card.
mom: oh?
me: yeah, you forgot the "l".
mom: haha, whoops. ah well, it's not like you're that important anyway.

yesterday:
dad: hey, everyone.
me: hi. what're you doing home at this time?
dad: oh, i just gotta check my e-mail.
me: oh.
dad (after checking his e-mail for like an hour): okay, gotta go!
me: wait...don't you have a computer at your office at work?
dad: yeah. why?

anyway, just playing with PS some more.

ennywhey...I don't wanna sound like a dink, but I think this version shows off the lineart much better than the other version did.

Yes. But my friends are weirder.

During a carpool:
(I'm just using their first initials.)
Me: There's a lawnchair over there...
M: WHAT?! Did you just say there's an octopus on that lawnchair?!
C: OMG, no! But that'd be great. XD
M: It'd be like...a cool octopus, tho.
me: wtf?
M: Yeah! It'd be like at a rave or something.
M: Like...you'd walk into a rave, and them BAM! Right in the middle of the dance floor, sitting on a lawnchair, OCTOPUS.
Me: It'd totally be wearing a glowstick necklace.
C: Really? I sort of pictured it wearing a visor...

yeah, i think so, too. xD my mom said that the eyes looked creepy. but that was kinda the point, so...i guess i succeeded? xD well, i like them.
